Technical Support

At the heart, we’re a technology company. We take analog and digital technologies and combine them with art to make events happen. Our founder has a degree in Computer Science and has developed applications for our industry that are being used worldwide. He’s also Dante Level II certified in digital audio networking.

We also employ several audio engineers from the Audio Production program at Dakota State University in Madison, SD, which places a strong emphasis on Information Technology. This training and experience is how we turn technical challenges into “wins.”

Webcasting

What used to be a way to reach a new audience is suddenly one of the only ways to reach people, for now. Fortunately, we’ve been equipped for this for a long time.

The first step in planning a live webcast is deciding who should be able to see it. While many events are trying to reach the largest audience possible, we also do private events like board meetings that contain confidential information.

Either way, a well-produced webcast stands out more now than ever. Don’t settle for a cell phone camera in the back of a room. We can combine professional live cameras with your Powerpoint slides or other presentation content, along with perfect audio, and stream it to:

  • Facebook Live
  • YouTube Live
  • Meeting platforms like Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc
  • We also work with Content Delivery Network (CDN) platforms allowing restricted access to large groups where a meeting platform is impractical.

Equipment Rental

Not every event needs our full production. We have a huge inventory of equipment for rent:

  • Wireless microphones
  • Self-powered speakers
  • Press boxes to feed audio to media/news organizations
